Before operating the vessel in conditions like this, it is important to run the engines at idle until engine room temperatures are sufficiently warm to thaw any frozen water in the water injection hose.  To be on the safe side, it is always a good idea to remove the injection hose from the injection fitting to make certain injection raw water is flowing freely.

If you store your boat out of the water and the marina is putting it back in the water for you, make sure they know to let the engine idle for a while before putting it in gear and moving the boat. This will ensure that water is getting to the lip seal after a haul out and prvent it from prematurly failing.
